You must inform us about your tenant moving out within 15 working days following his move. That way we can send your former tenant a closing bill.
You will also avoid being liable for any unpaid amounts by your tenant (see our general terms and conditions).

There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

  1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
  2. Fill in the online form
  3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form

If there is not a new tenant yet, VIVAQUA will temporarily send you the bills.

PLEASE NOTE

You want to inform us that your previous tenant is leaving AND that a new one is moving in? In that case:

  • you must have all the contact details of the new tenant if you are reporting the move by phone
  • the new tenant must sign the form if you are reporting the move by PDF form
