Billing resumes
The first regularisation (or annual) bills covering consumption in 2021-2022 have been issued.
The sending of these bills, has been blocked for several months. It will be spread out over time, according to the following schedule.
Communes | Beginning | End |
Auderghem * Bruxelles * Watermael-Boitsfort * |
3 June 2022 | Mid-June 2022 |
Berchem-Sainte-Agathe Ganshoren Koekelberg Saint-Gilles Schaerbeek Ixelles |
Mid-June 2022 | End June 2022 |
Etterbeek Molenbeek Uccle Woluwe-Saint-Pierre |
July 2022 | End July 2022 (back to normal) |
Update June 2022 |
* The first batch of invoices concerns the communes where the meter reading was carried out in October, November and December 2021 and whose indexes did reach us after 1 January 2022.
The problems encountered should not have any impact on the invoicing for the communes where the meter reading is scheduled for the second half of the year:
- Anderlecht
- Evere
- Forest
- Jette
- Saint-Josse-ten-Noode
- Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
At the same time, VIVAQUA will continue to send interim bill (quarterly or monthly on Doccle) to customers who did not had a meter reading in 2022. VIVAQUA will also resume sending closing of contract (for a move, for example) and interim bills based on water meter index communicated outside the meter reading period.
