In its strategic plan VIVAnext, VIVAQUA has set itself the objective of optimising the quality of the services provided to users. To improve communication with these users and the clarity of its forms and letters, VIVAQUA has decided to review all the documents (bills, meter reading card, etc.) sent to them.
