VIVAQUA sends you the water bills? Let us know that you are moving and want to transfer the meter.
There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:
- Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
- Fill in the online form
- Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form
PLEASE NOTE
If you inform us of your move
- by phone: you must have all the contact details of the co-tenant to which the invoices should be sent
- via the PDF form: the co-tenant who will receive the invoices must sign the form
