Our company provides technical, administrative and commercial services for the distribution of drinking water in the Brussels-Capital Region. Beneath the ground in Brussels there are 2,365 km of distribution pipes that bring water to your home.
Customer service
Our Customer Service Department employees are responsible for commercial management relating to water distribution as well as customer relations. They are at your disposal for all administrative and commercial activities: meter index reading, billing, administrative follow-up of requests for the installation of additional meters or for water or sewer connections, etc.
Technical services
Our teams of specialists operate and expand the distribution networks, and maintain fire hydrants. Using its water distribution expertise, VIVAQUA also offers inspection, advisory and aggregation services for private hydraulic installations. It also works to combat Legionella.
