VIVAQUA does not send you the water bills? You do not have to do anything.

VIVAQUA sends you the water bills? Let us know that you are moving and want to transfer the meter.

There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

  1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
  2. Fill in the online form
  3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form

PLEASE NOTE

If you inform us of a meter transfer

  • by phone: you must have all the contact details of the person to be invoiced
  • via the PDF form: the person who will receive the bills must sign the document
