Yes. VIVAQUA has to be able to send the water bill to the right person. If you do not inform us, we do not have the contact details of that person.

Inform VIVAQUA about the sale or purchase of the property within 8 calendar days following the sale or purchase.

There are 3 options for reporting a sale or purchase:

  1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
  2. Fill in the online form
  3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form

PLEASE NOTE

Do you want to inform us of the sale of a property? We need all the contact details of the new owner.
