Yes. VIVAQUA has to be able to send the water bill to the right person. If you don’t let us know, we won’t have your contact details.

Inform us within 15 working days following your moving in.

There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

  1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
  2. Fill in the online form
  3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form
