I am renting a property in the Brussels Region and I'm moving out. When do I have to inform VIVAQUA about my moving out?

Inform us within 15 working days following your moving out.

There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
2. Fill in the online form
3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form

You do not have the contact details of the owner and/or the new tenant? Fill in only the ‘outgoing customer’ part of the form (online or PDF).
