There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

- Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form
You do not have the contact details of the owner and/or the new tenant? Fill in only the ‘outgoing customer’ part of the form (online or PDF).
