You must send us the contact details of your tenant within 15 working days following the beginning of the rental period. We can then send the water bills to your tenant.

There are 3 options for reporting a move or meter transfer:

  1. Call us on 02 518 88 10 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
  2. Fill in the online form
  3. Are you a syndic or a proxy (or do you simply prefer a paper version)? Fill in the PDF form

PLEASE NOTE

If you inform us that your tenant is moving in

  • by phone: you must have all their contact details at hand
  • via the pdf form: your tenant must sign the document
