In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, VIVAQUA decided last July to suspend water cut-offs in the event of failure to pay until March 2021. This decision has been extended until the end of the health measures, in agreement with the Brussels Minister responsible for Water Policy.
Our company, which is aware of the economic consequences of the crisis for the population, is keen to allow everyone to continue to comply with preventive measures as part of the fight against COVID-19 (in particular regular hand washing).
