Extension and/or modification of the public sewer network in an autonomous sanitation zone (public domain) following a request for connection to the network
Description of the service
This service includes:
- Opening of a study file
- Travel to the site by a study technician for measurement and technical analysis of the situation
- Carrying out of a technical study including the drawing up of a plan(s) and a quotation for the works to be carried out
- If necessary, the carrying out of exploration trenches on site
- Drawing up of an offer and sending it to the requester, receiving the requester’s order (agreement on the quotation), sending of a bill to the requester
- Opening of a works file
- Obtaining site authorisations via the Osiris platform/coordination with the other utilities
- Technical preparation of the site
- The management and placement of signs, signage, deviations imposed in the road manager and/or police authorisation
- Transport of VIVAQUA staff and equipment to the work area
- The execution of the necessary sanitation works by the subcontractor (modifications of sewers, connections, replacement of installations, etc.)
- Monitoring of the works by VIVAQUA supervisors
- Demobilisation of the site
- Assessment before and after works
Preparatory works to be carried out by the customer
- Gather all the elements necessary to study the situation (road development plans and/or plans for works planned by the customer and that impact the sanitation network)
- Obtain the planning permission and/or subdivision permit
- If necessary, read and adapt the studies based on VIVAQUA’s technical requirements for new housing developments. And consequently produce projected network plans, hydraulic calculation notes and water retention management notes for the plot in relation to the connection request, etc.
- Ensure the accessibility of the premises to VIVAQUA staff both during the study and execution phase
- Have the necessary information about the schedule of work (when VIVAQUA works are to be carried out)
