Laying of a distribution pipe as part of a new connection in the private domain (new housing development) excluding public roads
Description of the service
This service includes:
- Opening of a study file
- Travel to the site by a study technician for measurement, technical analysis of the situation, carrying out of a technical study including the drawing up of a plan(s) and a quotation for the works to be carried out
- If necessary, the carrying out of exploration trenches on site
- Drawing up of an offer and sending it to the requester, receiving the requester’s order (agreement on the quotation), sending of a bill to the requester
- Opening of a works file
- Obtaining site authorisations via the Osiris platform
- Technical preparation of the work area
- The management and placement of signs, signage and deviations imposed in the road manager and/or police authorisation
- Transport of VIVAQUA staff and equipment from the VIVAQUA facilities to the work site as well as that of any subcontractor
- The execution of the pipe fitting works (depending on the case, laying of new pipes, valves, hydrants, etc.)
- Monitoring of the works by VIVAQUA supervisors
- If provided for in the quotation: the execution of earthworks, backfilling and paving
- Demobilisation of the site
- Assessment before and after works
Preparatory works to be carried out by the customer
- Gather all the elements necessary to study the situation (road and building development plans, building allocation, SIAMU requirements)
- Have the necessary information about the schedule of work (when VIVAQUA works are to be carried out)
- Obtain the planning permission or subdivision permit relating to the request
- Ensure the accessibility of the premises to VIVAQUA staff both during the study and execution phase
