Following the implementation of a new customer data management tool, we are currently experiencing technical problems, which are causing delays in processing files and sending invoices. We are also receiving a very high number of telephone calls and e-mails, which is increasing the workload of our customer service staff.
In addition to this, the consequences of the pandemic (absent colleagues, closure of counters, teleworking, etc.) are also having an impact on the quality of our services.
Our teams are doing everything possible to restore the situation as quickly as possible.
The delay in sending out the invoices will obviously not give rise to any reminder costs for the clients concerned.
