Payment plan - send your request
Having problems to pay your water bill? You can request a payment plan and spread the instalments over several months
You can split the payment of an annual bill (or regularisation bill) into a maximum of 12 monthly instalments.
Send your request (form available in French or Dutch only).
Good to know
- VIVAQUA doesn’t accept a payment plan on interim invoices.
- Even if your payment plan request is accepted, you will continue to receive interim invoices (at least every 3 months) for the current year.
