VIVAQUA will use these couple of days to implement a new customer data management tool. This tool will allow clearer bills and make interactions with customers smoother and faster.
In its strategic plan VIVAnext, VIVAQUA has set itself the objective of optimising the quality of the services provided to users/customers and citizens. The implementation of this new tool is one of the projects that will help achieve this objective.
